The latest Clarity Data Intelligence® (Clarity) updates are provided to improve your Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) experience.

Here’s what’s new:

CRT Updates

CRT Origination Characteristics – New Drop-Down

The CRT Origination Characteristics dashboard features a new ‘View By’ drop-down, making analysis of origination credit characteristics of loans in CRT transactions easier. View loan origination data by various cohorts, such as Deal Type, FICO range, Property Type and more.

In addition, drop-down naming conventions, menu options and placement have been updated on several CRT and Historical dashboards.

MBS Updates

Tracking Ginnie Mae Monthly Issuances

The REMIC by Agency dashboard now includes five years’ worth of Ginnie Mae MBS Issuances. This enhancement provides insights into the issuance patterns and trends of Ginnie Mae securities over a substantial period. Ginnie Mae’s securities are backed by pools of loans insured or guaranteed by federal agencies, including Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs.

Servicing Rights Dashboard Enhancements

Four metrics have been added to the Servicing Rights Transfer dashboard under ‘Table’ view format giving users a deeper dive into the servicer-level flows of mortgage servicing rights for securitized collateral.

The new metrics include:

  • WAC (Weighted Average Coupon).
  • WALA (Weighted Average Loan Age).
  • AOLS (Average Original Loan Size).
  • TPO (Third-Party Originator).
